Hello , yes well for 5 years i have done the same thing over and over , show the lacking minerals from birth with the chart the way i use it in the 3 video’s to hopefully stir an interest/resonation to the system and not to me , and then yes i do always recommend to RESEARCH Bio-XII(Hylands) or a 12 in 1(now i show lactose-free lines as well , Bio 28 from Bestmade)for a full cellular balance and restoration to all functions in these trying times we live in . I need people to research whats best for them and make a choice so i try to present as much as possible or at least hand out the terminology .

Sorry i missed this one until now. With the 12 in 1’s i would suggest to take simply2-3 tablets for 2-3 times a day. Dosages are on labels for acute onset to chronic long term, so depending what the intent is etc. Its is ok to jump right in and it is ok to ease into them, the goal and length of time one will do them, may determine the amounts as well and so on.
